The Mast Co. agrees to produce, edit and delivery content for Furniture Pipeline, including: 20 assembly videos for 20 designs At least 6 photos for each design of 30 pieces (3 with props and 3 without, for each color scheme, left, right and center view) Editing with at least 5 free reviews/re-edits of each piece of content Strategy: After each assembly video, I’ll shoot the photos and knock them out together. After all 20 videos are done, I’ll spend the last day shooting the remaining 10 pieces. Breakdown: Note: Depending on whether I have to break down and set up each day, or not, will make a huge difference. If the place I’m working in is secure enough to leave the light stands and tripods, it’ll save me roughly 6-8 hours. That way I show up, screw on the lights, mount the camera and start working. Also, time will vary depending on light and location. If someone could facetime me from the space I’ll be working in it’ll help me plan how many and what kind of lights I need. Set-Up: 1-2 hours first day, but approximately ½ hour everyday before and after. (at least another ½ hour if I’m setting up from scratch) (1 hr x 7 = 7 hours total, if from scratch 2 x 7 = 14 hours total) Video: aprox. 1 hour per piece. (aprox. 20 hours total) Photo: aprox 1 hour per piece. (aprox. 30 hours total) Breaks: ½ hour per day. (4 hours) Production Time Total: aprox. 63 hours / 10 = aprox. 7 days, 8 days to be safe. (aprox. 77 hours if I have to set up and break down from scratch each day, adding an extra day or two ) Editing: Aprox. 60 hours (included) Total hours: Aprox. 123 hours Budget: $5000 The Mast Co. agrees to execute the above production, between Feb. 14 and Feb. 28. The photos must be delivered by the first week of march, while the assembly videos will be completed by April 1.
